WAYNE B. BALL has more than 25 years experience in estate planning, taxation and corporate law. His practice focuses on wealth preservation through estate planning, asset protection, business succession planning, elder law and Medicaid planning. He graduated from the University of Arkansas, Little Rock with a B.S. degree in Management and Labor and received his J.D. at the University of Arkansas School of Law where he was Comments Editor of the Arkansas Law Review and received the American Judicature Award. He earned his LL.M in Taxation at Southern Methodist University and is admitted to practice before courts in Arkansas and Texas and in the U.S. 8th Circuit, the U.S. Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court. Other memberships include: American Bar Association, Arkansas Bar Association, Pulaski County Bar Association and Texas Bar Association. He co-authored A Practical Guide to Estate Administration in Arkansas, Basic Probate in Arkansas and Guiding Those Left Behind in Arkansas and was selected as a Worth magazine's nationwide Top 100 Attorney for 2008-2009 and the Mid-South Super Lawyers for 2009-2010. He’s an accredited Veterans Association attorney and holds a passbook to box in the U.S. Amateur Boxing Association Master's Division.
