Ms. Banker graduated from the University of Denver College of Law in Colorado. In Denver she practiced law for two years in estate planning and elder law prior to moving to Arizona. Ms. Banker is the current President of the Arizona chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She is a member of the probate and trust section of the State Bar of Arizona, and Maricopa County Bar Association. She has presented on issues of guardianships and conservatorships, Medicaid planning and estate planning to attorneys, legal staff and fiduciaries.
