He has been in private practice since 1979. He is a member of the State Bars of Louisiana, Georgia and California.
Mr. Settle has previously served on the Board of Directors of the Rental Association of Highland. He has previously served as president of the Shreveport Little Theater, Chairman of the Shreveport Property Standards Board, Sunday School Superintendent for Grace Community United Methodist Church and Lay Leader of Broadmoor United Methodist Church. His civic area involvement includes prior membership on the Boards of Directors of the Shreveport Chamber of Commerce, the Bossier Chamber of Commerce, Caddo Public Education Foundation, City Bank and Trust, Security National Bank, Downtown Shreveport Unlimited, Homebuilders Association of Shreveport-Bossier, Family Crisis Center, LSU’s Chancellor’s Advisory Board, the Bossier Arts Council and the Bossier Council on Aging. |
