Frank A. Fee is a Geriatric Care Manager, Elder Mediator, and Geropsychologist in the Houston, Texas area dedicated to helping elders, families, caregivers, and health care providers work collaboratively for the benefit of the elders served. He uses his extensive experience and elder care expertise to achieve optimal outcomes for clients served.

Elder Mediation: Frank serves as an effective neutral to help resolve various disputes that pertain to elders, their families, caregivers, health providers, and health care systems. His decades of geriatric care experience provides a solid foundation of knowledge that facilitates the alternative dispute resolution process.

Geriatric Care Management: Frank Fee, Ph.D., CCM provides comprehensive care management with an emphasis on assisting elders to remain in community settings for as long as possible, even when there is evidence of co-morbid behavioral health issues and/or cognitive impairment. Geropsychological Services: Dr. Fee has a very pragmatic approach to assessing and assisting elders with mental health issues focusing on an individual’s strengths and addressing specific goals and objectives to maximize functioning and personal life satisfaction.

Dr. Frank Fee is a Texas Credentialed Mediator, Board Certified Case Manager (Commission for the Certification of Case Managers), Licensed Psychologist, and Collaborative Professional (Collaborative Law Institute of Texas). He is a member of the Texas Psychological Association and Chairs the Aging Division. He is a member of: The American Society of Aging, Association of Conflict Resolution, ElderCare Matters Alliance, American Psychological Association, Psychologists in Long Term Care, Houston Gerontological Society (past board member), Houston Chapter of the Association of Conflict Resolution, Texas Mediator Training Roundtable, and Texas Association of Mediators.
