Nancy possesses a heart felt desire to work with seniors and their families in the Central Ohio area where she resides.

Nancy and her brother Ralph Samson experienced caring for their mother who suffered from a stroke and dementia 20 years ago. Their mother, Ruth is one of the reasons they chose to open the first Home Instead franchise office in Columbus Ohio in 1996. They also opened a second franchise office in Delaware, Ohio in 2006.

Nancy relates..."Many Home Instead owners have gone through the experience of caring for a family member, friend or neighbor who inspired them to go into the field of caring for seniors." "We struggled with how to best care for Mom while working full time jobs and caring for our children."
