Mr. Hesch also manages William E. Hesch CPAs, LLC, and focuses his CPA practice in the areas of estate tax planning, pension planning, business valuations, succession planning, and buy/sell agreements for business owners. He is also a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), a specialization designation administered by the American Institute of CPAs that recognize CPAs who specialize in financial planning and requires recertification every three years.
Mr. Hesch received his B.S. degree in accounting from Morehead State University in 1974 and his J.D. degree from Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law in 1980. He is licensed as an attorney and CPA in both Ohio and Kentucky. He has been an Adjunct Professor at Chase College of Law teaching Accounting for Lawyers since 1985 and Business Basics for Lawyers since 2009. Mr. Hesch is an active member of a number of civic and nonprofit organizations. In 2006, Kentucky Governor Ernie Fletcher appointed him to the Kentucky Financial Institutions Board for a four-year term.
