Henry C. Weatherby is the founder of the law firm of Weatherby & Associates, PC. He has a BS in Human Resource Management from the State University of New York, Albany and a JD degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law. Hank holds the CLU, ChFC and CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) designations.

Hank is a contributing author of the American Society of CPA's "The CPA's Guide to Long-Term Care Planning", he is quoted in a 2004 AARP magazine article by Karen Hube entitled "Saving the Graces." In addition to being a contributing editor of A Legal Guide for Connecticut Entrepreneurs. He authored and co-authored articles on estate planning, pension administration issues, COBRA, Family Medical Leave Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Hank is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Wealth Counsel, the Hartford Business and Estate Planning Counsel, the Central Connecticut Estate Planning Counsel, the Society of Financial Service Professionals, and is a Partner Member of the national ElderCare Matters Alliance. He is a founder and past President of the Conecticut Chapter of the National Institute of Pension Administrators and former President of the Hartford Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals.

Hank is admitted to practice in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Idaho and has developed and regularly conducts continuing education programs for professionals and clients in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
