Supreme Court Justice Jean Hoefer Toal. Attorney Knapp is a nationally certified Veteran Affairs attorney. She’s also worked with the SC Adult Protection Coordinating Council and the Barnwell County Council of Aging (now Generations Unlimited). Attorney Knapp has also provided legal education to the USC Summer School of Gerontology, the greater Augusta-Aiken area Alzheimer’s Association and the SC Nursing Home Association and is a dynamic and sought after public speaker.
