For the elderly, Michael is both a Medicaid planning attorney as well as an Accredited Veterans Benefit Attorney. He also advises disabled veterans and their spouses on disability benefits that nearly 75 percent of them are unaware.
He has contributed to 2 books on estate planning, Legacy: Plan, Protect and Preserve Your Estate and Generations: Planning Your Legacy by Robert A. Esperti and Renno L. Peterson. In addition, Mr. Tucker has taught continuing education classes for insurance agents, accountants, attorneys and other financial professionals in the areas of estate planning, probate, guardianship law, and Federal Estate and Gift Taxation.
Michael is a Member of the Florida Bar Section on Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, a Member of the Florida Bar Section on Elder Law, and a Charter Member of the national ElderCare Matters Alliance.
